Precision Machining

This is the process of manufacturing slot die and slit nozzle by using machining equipment to shape sheet materials according to design specifications.

Precision Grinding

The external surfaces of slot die and slit nozzle, initially formed through precision machining, undergo 1st and 2nd precision grinding to establish geometric tolerances (μm) and surface roughness (Rmax).
In the 3rd precision grinding stage, mirror-like polishing is performed on the inner surfaces to enhance the fluid flow, maximizing internal surface smoothness.

Repair

Products that become damaged, dented, or worn over time or through intensive coating processes—leading to uneven coating—can be repaired or refurbished through precision machining and grinding to restore them to their original or near-original state.
This repair process offers cost savings compared to producing new components.
